Dr. Ksenia Orlova, M.D., Ph.D., is a board-certified vascular surgeon who recently joined Dr. Ravi Chandra, M.D., FACS at Surgical Specialists of Ocala, P.A. With over six years of advanced experience in open and endovascular surgery, she brings her expertise to the Marion and Sumter communities, aiming to deliver the highest quality of care and improve the health and wellness of her patients.

Before relocating her family to Ocala, Dr. Orlova served as an associate professor of vascular surgery at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania.

Throughout her career, she has acquired extensive experience in a wide range of vascular surgery procedures, specializing in the treatment of conditions such as aortic aneurysms, aortic dissections, vascular trauma, carotid artery disease, peripheral vascular disease, dialysis access surgery, pelvic congestion syndrome, spine exposures, and venous disorders.

Dr. Orlova is excited to apply her training and expertise in vascular surgery to benefit Marion County, The Villages, and their neighboring communities.
